Beginners Ukulele

Ukulele or jumping flee in Hawaiian language, got its name because of the fingers that would fly when playing the ukulele.  Originally introduced to Hawai’i in 1879 by Portuguese immigrants who migrated here to work in the sugar cane fields.  Hawaiian people fell in love with the instrument and adopted it.  Today, the “Ukulele” is one of the most popular instruments played in Hawai’i.  Join us and learn the basics to playing the “Ukulele”.
