Set against the peaceful backdrop of Waikīkī Beach in front of ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach\, this guided sunrise session invites guests to reconnect with both mind and ocean through movement\, breath\, and relaxation. \nTaking place from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM\, the class is designed for all experience levels and offers a calming way to begin the day while honoring the beauty and importance of our oceans.
