Join ʻAlohilani Resort for a free outdoor movie night on the SWELL Pool Deck, presented in partnership with AccesSurf, featuring The Incredible Paulk — an inspiring short documentary about adaptive surfer and 2026 ‘Alohilani Team athlete Aaron Paulk.
The Incredible Paulk follows Aaron’s journey as one of the world’s top visually impaired competitive surfers, navigating life with a progressive eye disorder that limits his vision and reshaped his original dream of becoming a Navy SEAL. After building a life centered around surfing and community in Lahaina, Maui, Aaron’s world is once again upended by the devastating 2023 wildfires. Through it all, the film explores surfing not just as sport, but as a source of healing, resilience, and connection in the face of uncertainty.
Join us on Wednesday, May 5, from 6:00–9:00 PM, with the movie beginning at 7:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best seating and enjoy dinner, drinks, and light bites available poolside before the screening.
