The ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach banquet menu was crafted with one focus in mind: gathering the very best of Hawaii’s bountiful ingredients. We set out to elevate global cuisine with Hawaiian flavors, creating a culinary program that matches our award-winning property and pays homage to the rich legacy of the land as the site of Queen Lili’uokalani’s former summer home.
We are inspired by the dynamic culture and flavors of Hawaii, from native Hawaiian ‘ulu to aquaponics-grown produce. We toured fisheries, scoured local markets and partnered with farmers throughout the islands to find the best sustainable and locally-sourced ingredients. You’ll find that fresh, seasonal local produce like Kamuela tomatoes, Maui onions, Sumida Farms’ watercress and Ewa sweet corn, take the spotlight here. Our culinary offerings are a celebration and reflection of modern Hawaii: diverse, fresh, and always infused with Aloha.
