As the visionary behind The Slanted Door, Chef Phan elevated Vietnamese cuisine with a signature blend of tradition, innovation, and cultural reverence. A James Beard Award-winning chef, his impact has transcended kitchens and continents, shaping a generation of culinary excellence.

For one night only, an all-star lineup of 13 acclaimed chefs—from Honolulu to the Bay Area, New York, Washington D.C., and beyond—will present dishes that reflect Chef Phan’s elevated approach: a fusion of Southeast Asian flavor, refined technique, and inventive spirit. The evening will also feature masterfully crafted cocktails from leading mixologists, complemented by a curated selection of wine and beer—all in celebration of Chef Phan’s enduring influence on the world of cuisine.

• Priority ticket gives you early entry at 5:00 P.M., an hour before General Admission attendees.
• VIP includes early entry at 5:00 P.M. for eight (8) guests, a private reserved cabana with dedicated waitstaff and access to an exclusive sushi experience from Chef Masaharu Morimoto just for VIP guests!
• Event is outdoors, resort casual attire.
