Music by Christian Yrizarry

Christian began his musical journey at the University of San Diego, where he met Jared Keo and co-founded the island music group Ho’onu’a. Their debut album, Feel Good Island Music (1997), earned two N? H?k? Hanohano Award nominations. They followed with Have a Good Time (2000) and Take You to the Jam (2003), with the latter receiving a N? H?k? Hanohano nomination for Island Music Album of the Year.
For nearly two decades, Christian has been a familiar presence in Waik?k?’s live music scene, performing at renowned venues including Aulani, Duke’s Waik?k?, Waialae Country Club, The Royal Hawaiian, and many others.

Christian is honored to share the music of Hawai?i and the spirit of aloha with ?Alohilani Resort guests from around the world.
